Intermediate: China Camp - China Camp Village, Shoreline, Oak Ridge Drive

Starting at the upper parking lot of China Camp Village, we will enjoy a special tour of the museum before beginning a gentle climb to our lunch stop, returning the same way via the Oak Ridge Drive and Shoreline trails. Spectacular views of the Bay and the Richmond Bridge. The museum is officially closed due to work being on the site but thanks to a chance encounter with the director during pre-hike, we have a unique opportunity to get into the museum and hear about the site's history from a docent. About 6.6 miles, 380  feet elevation gain. Bring water, lunch, poles, sunscreen, sunhat, and a windbreaker in case it's breezy. State Park Pass or $5.00 per vehicle.
