About the event
A pleasant summer 5 mile hike along the coastal bluffs - from the Shell Beach parking lot towards Goat Rock and the other end of the Kortum Trail then back along the same path. Â Great views in both directions. Mostly level, with some ups and downs through gullies, and one optional climb to the top of Peaked Hill or down to Blind Beach. Â Bring water, lunch, and poles if desired. Elev gain up to 500 ft. if going up the hill. Leave Berger at 9:00 a.m. Hike leaders John & Marilyn Pahr, 707-541-6430
