About the event
A pleasant summer 5 mile hike along the coastal bluffs - from the Shell Beach parking lot towards Goat Rock and the other end of the Kortum Trail then back along the same path. Great views in both directions. Mostly level, with some ups and downs through gullies, and one optional climb to the top of Peaked Hill or down to Blind Beach. Bring water, lunch, and poles if desired. Elev gain up to 500 ft. if going up the hill. Leave Berger at 9:00 a.m. Hike leaders John & Marilyn Pahr, 707-541-6430
