Intermediate: Sonoma Cemetery, Overlook and Montini

Mountain Cemetery,  Overlook and Montini Preserve  is an intermediate hike plus an optional stroll.  We all park and start at the Sonoma Police Department, walking to the Sonoma Cemetery to learn and pay respects to Dr. Henry Boyes and Frank Matsuyama.  From there, the intermediate hikers will head to the Overlook and Spotted Fawn Trail loop.  The short hikers will walk to historic Sonoma Plaza.  We all meet back up at the PD around 12:30 and head to the La Hacienda for lunch.

Clean, safe and secure restrooms are courtesy of the Sonoma Police Department for your

bio-break pleasure.  The PD is right at the parking lot with public restrooms inside.

Both Intermediate and Short Stroll depart Berger lot at 9:00 am

Lunch at La Hacienda

We’ll all be enjoying lunch on the covered and heated patio of La Hacienda restaurant in Boyes Hot Springs, just across the street from El Molino Central.  Very good and reasonably priced food with great service.  Dine on one of Bonnie's Brownies for dessert.   This will be on one bill so please, please bring enough cash or venmo to reimburse me for your food plus tax and 20% tip.
