INTERMEDIATE: Stillwater Cove Regional Park

Bluffs, Beach and Forest on the Sonoma Coast. We’ll hike along the Canyon Trail, along the creek on the Stockhoff Trail with a series of switchbacks, crossing the mostly dry creek by rock hopping. Expect a luscious fern forest of redwoods and Douglas firs, the rare “fringed corn lily” and a trail spur to the Fort Ross Schoolhouse.  Bring lunch for a picnic at the beach at Stillwater Cove.
