LONG: Bennett Mountain and Henry's Knob

This is a 10 mile figure-eight hike with 1700 ft of elevation gain. Views include Hood, Bald and Sonoma mountains, Bennett Valley and Mount Diablo. We'll enter the park at the Woodley trailhead for a hike up Frey Canyon to Marsh Trail. From there we'll make our way to the Ridgeline Trail and hike up and over Bennett Peak and down to Henry's Knob for lunch and views. We'll return on the Ridge Trail past Ledson Marsh to the Lawndale trail and finally to the East Rec Parking lot. Bring water, lunch and poles if you like. Leave the Berger at 8:30AM.
