LONG HIKE: CATARACTS TRAIL, MARIN - Incredible waterfalls one after the other for a couple of miles, the hike ascends, sometimes steepy and  partly by steps and viewing platforms.  Our walk then continues in a loop that leads back along Alpine Lake. An outstanding  once a year experience not to be missed. 8 miles and 2000ft elevation gain. Bring poles, lunch, water, dress in layers.
