About the event
Due to the McCormick property still being closed, the long hike will be up to the Lawson Landing and surrounding area.  This 8 mile hike, with an elevation gain of 1400 ft., will start at the Pythian lot, rise up to the Landing. explore the newest adjacent acquisition to Hood Mtn RP, and wander circuitously back to the lot.  Bring liquids and lunch and plan on great views and places you have never seen. Leave the Berger lot at 8:30. The hike leader is Dave Chalk, 707-539-8847.
