About the event

The land was Rancho Tulucay, before construction of the Napa Asylum and the town of Imola. The hospital had a gothic castle looking central building and its own reservoirs. Mysteries of the park include many rock wall fences, caves, foundations and a quarry. Vistas offer views of Napa Valley, SF Bay, Mt Tam and Mt St Helena.

Our hike will follow the Upper Skyline Trail with lunch at Marie Lake and return on Marie Creek Trail and Manzanitas Trail. About 7.5 miles and 1400 ft of elevation with a mixture of sun and shade.

There is a $6.00 per car park fee (not a state or regional park).

Park Address: 2201 Imola Ave Napa We will leave the Berger at 8:30 AM. Bring lunch, water, hat and consider poles Hike leader:  Frank Galli 763-360-9756
