About the event
We will take the North Burma Trail up to the False Lake Meadow, take the Orchard and Orchard Loop trails with an excursion to a great overlook of Santa Rosa followed by the “Singing Rock Trail” and portions of the Cobblestone Trail with a visit to the Newt Pond on our way to Spring Lake. The hike will be about 5 miles with about 700 ft. elevation gain. Those that want a longer hike can return via Channel Drive; others should arrange for a ride back to Oakmont from the Spring Lake picnic area. Hike leader: Randy Vincent randy@randyvincent.com
