For me HP is saying "We've hit some rough trails" our servers are experiencing a temporary problem.... Yeah All Trails is not totally intuitive, you never quite get used to its foibles, but I've got a bunch of hikes in its database and its been pretty bulletproof. Let me know if I can answer any questions on the less obvious bits... Cheers M
