Foothill Regional Park Rim to Rim
The weather and the company were perfect! Thanks for joining us as we enjoyed late spring wildflowers including Mariposa Lilies; a Blue Heron in flight, a Great Egret and hundreds of baby frogs. After a steady climb up Alta Vista Trail to the park summit a cooling marine breeze was most welcome as we enjoyed panoramic views of Windsor and its surrounding vineyards. It’s amazing how the park has rebounded after the 2019 Kinkade fire.
