Alamere at its Peak
As in life, timing is everything when it comes to hiking in Pt. Reyes. The long hikers got it right. The falls were amazing and the weather was ideal.
We started at the Palomarin trailhead, on to the shortcut to Alamere Falls, then north on the Coastal Trail to Wildcat Camp and South on the beach back to the falls. Crossed the stream above the falls and returned to the Palomarin trailhead with wet feet and tired legs.
