LONG: Annadel Frey Canyon/Lawndale Loop

Park at the cul-de-sac on Woodley. We go up scenic Frey Canyon to join the Rhyolite Trail. At the junction of Marsh Trail we take a clockwise route on the Old Ridge Trail and Ridge Trail before arriving at the picnic tables on the Marsh Trail. From there we follow the Lawndale trail, eventually cutting off towards the East Rec.  Approximately 8 miles. Leave Berger at 8:30am, bring water and lunch, and poles as you see fit.
