About the event
We begin by taking the Gravity Car to the Hoo-Koo-E-Koo Fire Road and up the Wheeler Trail switch backs. At Inspiration Point we will have views of Bon Tempe Lake and then continue thru unique Serpentine rock landscape along the Northside Trail. After passing Collier Springs and Rifle Camp we have a scene at the Mtn Theater and respite at the West Point Inn. We return by way of the Nora Trail to the Mtn Home Inn. 11 miles and 1500 ft elevation gain. Bring water, lunch/snack and all purpose shoes/boots.
