LONG: Shiloh Regional Park

We start with an out and back connection to a loop trail in the center of the park. North ridge to pond to canyon to ridge trail. We return on the north ridge trail to the group picnic area for lunch (flush toliet and tables are available). After lunch we focus on the perimeter trails of the park. We follow the shaded creekside trail to pond trail and then repeat a section of the canyon trail. We conclude with the shaded downhill big leaf trail. About 60% of the hike is exposed. Parking in the regional park lot requires a park pass. Free parking on the road. Bring water, hat, lunch and poles for elevation as needed. Hike leader is Frank Galli 763-360-9756.
