About the event
From the Jack London State Historic Park parking lot, we will hike to Camp Via on the Vineyard Trail and then a steep climb to Sonoma Ridge on the Trap Trail. After exploring a portion of the Sonoma East Slope trail, we will return to the parking area on the Mountain and Lake Trails. Approximately 11.5 miles and 2,300 elevation change. Bring plenty of water, lunch/snack, layers and poles, if you use them. Long pants and tick repellent recommended due to a few trails starting to get overgrown with grass.
